On this sensory walk we will walk slowly with our focus on the surroundings. How can we see in our surroundings that spring is imminent? What sounds do we hear, what smells do we smell and what impact does that have on our energy levels?

Taking time for reflection is a necessary part of our human experience and this sensory walk will give you tools to use the simple things around you to raise your awareness and focus.
