Guided Dayhike
On a guided dayhike, we meet up at the parking spot for where our journey begins.
At the starting point we will have a short introduction before we start our walk. The walk will be in calm pace with a break for lunch over a campfire.

The dayhike is set to last 6 hours at most, starting from when we first meet and ending back at the cars.
We will walk between 4-7 km depending on the location in a calm pace and there will be an opportunity to bring supplies to make lunch over open fire. I will provide firewood.
During the walk it is my deepest wish as a guide to make you feel comfortable, safe and curious in nature and I will do my best to make that a center part of your experience.
I always find it enjoyable to just sit and take in the surroundings, so I have planned some time around lunch where every participant is free to mingle or roam around the location where we are. I am always available to talk about the Swedish nature, culture and language, so don’t hesitate to start a conversation if you are curious about something. I will always do my very best to answer any questions you might have.
It is very close to my heart to protect nature and preserve it for your future re-visits in the area, so I closely follow the rules of the Swedish Allemansrätten and I expect all my customers to do the same. I try to vary locations in order to keep the impact that regular visits to the same places might have as low as possible.
The seasons shift quickly throughout the year and activities like berry- or mushroom picking will be included in the dayhike depending on season and location. This will be stated both in the schedule and in the confirmation mail that you receive after booking is completed.
More details like what kind of shoes or clothes to bring as well as the exact adress of the starting point will be provided after your sign-up is completed.
